The Room Air Quality Sensor ADS-CO2-24 is used for monitoring indoor air quality and for controlling ventilation systems according to the current level of air pollution.

With the rotary knob available on each sensor in the ADS series, you can easily set the desired concentration of Carbon Dioxide (CO₂) at which the sensor should activate / increase the performance of the ventilation or recovery unit. The sensor measures in the range of 400 – 2,000 ppm.

It is used in all spaces where the predominant source of indoor air pollution is the people who occupy them.

Because Carbon Dioxide (CO₂) has a very good indicative ability of how the air in a given space is exhaled. It must be said that Carbon Dioxide (CO₂) itself is not harmful to health at low levels. However, as the space is exhaled, the concentration of CO₂ rises along with the concentration of other pollutants (Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs)), which particularly cause unpleasant feelings associated with stale air.
